​The Patient Portal is a web-based system that is a secure communication link with Petersburg Medical Center.  The secure website gives you convenient, 24-hour access to your personal health information and allows communication with your provider.

NEW USERS
To access the Patient Portal for the first time:
  1. Provide your current email address at your PMC appointment (or call the Joy Janssen Clinic at 907-772-4299 and ask them to send you an invitation to the Patient Portal)
  2. After your appointment you will receive an email from PMC inviting you to join the patient portal.
  3. Follow the instructions in your email to enroll in your patient portal.

Note: Health records prior to 12/06/2021 are accessible through PMC's previous patient portal system.  You will need your login and password from the previous system to login.

What is the Patient Portal?
The PMC Patient Portal is an online health management tool supported by our Electronic Health Record that includes a summary view of your clinical information.  You can also use it to get your test results, communicate with your provider, and more!
Do I need special equipment?
No. All you need is access to a computer and an internet connection. If you have difficulty registering via your smart phone, please call 907-772-5570 Monday - Friday between 8:00 am - 5:00 pm for support.

What if I have questions about my medical record information?
You can call 907-772-5717 and ask for the Health Information Management (HIM) department.


How do I access the Patient Portal once I have already registered?
After you have registered, you can log in HERE.  You will need your login and password.
What if I want access to my previous patient portal (Prior to December 6th, 2021)?
You can still log in and view your old patient portal at www.thrivepatientportal.com
