Dietary
The goal of the Dietary Department is to serve attractive, flavorful, and nutritious meals for our Long Term Care Residents and hospital patients. Our registered dietitian assesses the individual needs of residents and patients to help the dietary staff provide nutritious meals as a key factor in their quality care. The dietary staff takes care to make sure our residents and patients are served foods they will enjoy. Special diets are accommodated as well as attention to personal likes and dislikes.
We have high standards for cleanliness and infection control and take pride in keeping the kitchen clean and prepared for frequent inspections by several regulatory agencies.
Our standard meal schedule is:
Breakfast: 8:00 am
Lunch: 12:30 pm
Dinner: 5:00 pm
Snack: 8:00 pm
Additional snacks and beverages are available in the long term care dining room 24 hours a day.
