You can securely connect some of the health management apps you may already use, such as fitness trackers, dietary trackers, and so on, to your health record. If you’re interested in connecting your health management apps, contact us at [email protected]. Once we receive your request, we will work with the appropriate vendors to determine if they meet the technical requirements needed to establish a secure connection and respond with more information on how to connect the app to your health record.

Do I need special equipment?
No. All you need is access to a computer and an internet connection. If you have difficulty registering via your smart phone, please call 907-772-5730 Monday - Friday between 8:00 am - 5:00 pm and the receptionist will schedule IT assistance for you.

After you have registered, you can log in HERE.
What if I want access to my previous patient portal (Prior to December 5th, 2021)?
You can still log in and view your old patient portal at www.thrivepatientportal.com
- Provide your current email address to PMC at your appointment.
- After your appointment you will receive an email from PMC inviting you to join your new patient portal.
- Follow the instructions in your email to enroll in your patient portal.
- Click the Accept Invitation link in the email.
- Answer the security question, agree to the terms of use and privacy policy, and click Create Your Account.
- Verify your email address, create a username and password, and select your security question and answer.
- Agree to the terms of use and privacy policy, and click Create Account.
