COVID Test Scheduler   

• Testing is available Monday through Friday except observed holidays.  
• Hours of testing are 9:00 am through 4:15 pm
• Please complete the online registration form in advance, this will save time for your test.
• Bring a photo ID with you.  
• Parent/Guardian must be present for persons 17 and under.

• When you open the scheduler, read the Welcome Message and close the window and follow these steps: 

1. Select COVID Test
2. Select PMC Test Scheduler
3. Select date you would like a test
4. Select a time slot, appointments are every 15 minutes.
5. Enter your name, phone number.  DOB is optional.    
6. If you have additional family members to be tested, please include their information in the comment box.  
7. The scheduling website does not meet the standards of HIPAA compliance, therefore you are only required to provide your name and phone number.  ​You may call 907-772-5788 if you prefer to make your appointment offline.​

COVID Vaccine Scheduler 

• Appointment days are for specific types of vaccines.  Moderna, Pfizer 5-11 and Pfizer 12 and older are widely available.

Janssen (J&J) is limited.      

• To schedule a vaccine open the scheduler, read the Welcome Message.  Close the window and follow these steps:

1. Under COVID Vaccination, select the vaccine you would like to receive.
2. Select PMC Vaccine Scheduler
3. Select a session (up to three appointments every 15 minutes)
4. Enter your name, phone number.  DOB is optional.
5. If you have additional family members to be vaccinated, please schedule them separately.  
6. The scheduling website does not meet the standards of HIPAA compliance, therefore you are only required to provide your name and phone number.  ​You may call 907-772-5788 if you prefer to make your appointment offline.
